Your appointments are very important, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a Cancellation fee.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 12 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full set for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes(Lash,Permanent make and facial) 9 minutes (Wax) late.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. As a courtesy, we will confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Lucia Lash is a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians.
(Lash and Wax Appointment)
We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used to hold your appointment. You may notice a $1 hold on your card; this is a security measure by our booking system and will be returned within a day or two. You may use a different card or cash to pay at checkout.
(Permanent Makeup Appointment)
Because of this a $50 deposit is required on permanent makeup and for some instances where we deem necessary. Deposits must be given on the day you book the appointment. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.
