Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a Cancellation fee. ­

– ­Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 12 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrivals

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full set for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes(Lash,Permanent make and facial) 9 minutes (Wax) late.

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Lucia Lash policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

Reserving Appointments

Lucia Lash is a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians.

(Lash and Wax Appointment)

We require a credit card to hold all appointments.  Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used to hold your appointment.  You may notice a $1 hold on your card; this is a security measure by our booking system and will be returned within a day or two.  You may use a different card or cash to pay at checkout.

(Permanent Makeup Appointment)

Because of this a $50 deposit is required on permanent makeup and for some instances where we deem necessary. Deposits must be given on the day you book the appointment. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.

 

(Previous No-Show clients)

Will need to deposit 50% of the service in advance.24H cancelation policy still applies.

 

 

As you may already know, the COVID-19 situation, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus (nCoV), continues to evolve in New York City and at Lucia Lash we are taking the proper Standard precautions for infection control as recommended by the CDC.
· All technicians are required to wash their hands frequently before each client with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
· All technicians will be required to wear face masks during all services.
 · None of our staff have traveled or plan to travel outside of the United States recently or in the near future.
· Clients will be required to wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before service.
 · Clients will also have the option of wearing a disposable face mask that we will provide before a lash service.
· If you are not feeling well or you don’t feel comfortable coming in for your service, please give us a call within 24 hours of your appointment time and we will cancel your appointment.
 Ways that we can protect ourselves and keep other healthy by practicing proper infection prevention according to the CDC:
1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  If soap and water aren’t available use alcohol-based rubs. Make sure to keep rubbing hands until the alcohol-based rub has dried up.

2. Practice proper cough etiquette by coughing or sneezing into the upper arm or sleeve, or tissue. Again, wash hands after coughing or sneezing, and wash hands prior to touching your face, nose, mouth or eyes.

3.  If you are having a runny nose, congestion, sore throat, or muscle aches without fever, please stay at home until there are no more symptoms.
If you are having runny nose, congestion, sore throat, or muscle aches AND have fever (which is 100.4 F on a thermometer), please give us a call within 24 hours to cancel your appointment.
4.  If you are having fever, cough and shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, please give us a call within 24 hours to cancel your appointment.
